Ep. 23 Internal Program Review - Day 2 for an Adult Personal Training Client
In this episode, John Matulevich discusses the nuances of exercise selection and workout programming for the 'Day 2' in an adult personal training client at the Ruthless Performance Mobility & Fitness Studio in Pottsville, Pennsylvania.
This is a client who has been training at the facility for approximately 2 years with a primary goal of fat loss and general fitness.
Program reviews are not representative of all our clients, as each workout is specific to each individual at a fixed point in their training career at Ruthless.
